1. What this document is
1.1. This is a public offer — an open proposal to buy access to an online course on numerology.institute.
1.2. By paying, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree with them, do not pay.
1.3. "We" and "the school" mean the seller named in section 2. "You" and "the buyer" mean the person who pays for access.
1.4. The course page where you press the payment button is part of this offer: what the plan includes, the price, and the cohort start date are shown there.
2. Who the seller is
2.1. The seller is the online education project "Numerology Institute": the site numerology.institute and the learning app study.numerology.institute.
2.2. For anything about this contract, payment or refunds write to info@numerology.institute or Telegram @NUM_INSTITUTE. E-mail is the official channel for this contract and we answer it.
2.3. No legal-entity details are stated in this document, and no jurisdiction, registration or tax status is claimed here. This does not affect your rights: everything set out below applies regardless.
3. What we sell
3.1. We sell paid access to online numerology courses: video lessons, texts, practice tasks, and — depending on the plan — feedback from a curator or a mentor.
3.2. Each course is sold in plans: Online, Group cohort, With a curator, One-to-one (mentor). The plans differ in how much support you get, from studying entirely on your own to personal one-to-one work.
3.3. What a plan includes and what it costs is shown on the course page at the moment of purchase. The contents and the price you saw when you paid are what applies.
3.4. A group cohort starts on the date shown on the course page. That start date is part of what you buy.
3.5. Some materials (for example, the first module) may be offered free. Free access is subject to the same rules, except the sections on payment and refunds.
3.6. We do not sell physical goods. Nothing is shipped.
4. Prices and currency
4.1. All prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). UAH is the currency of the contract.
4.2. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card scheme converts the amount at its own rate and may add its own fee. We do not set that rate and we do not receive that fee.
4.3. So the amount on your card statement can differ from the price on the site. That is normal and outside our control.
4.4. Refunds are calculated in UAH and sent back as the same UAH amount. What arrives in your own currency may differ from what was charged, because of exchange rates and bank fees. We do not compensate for exchange-rate differences.
4.5. The price that applies is the price in force at the moment you pay. Later price changes do not affect orders already paid.
4.6. Taxes: the price on the course page is the full amount we charge you. We add nothing to it at payment and we do not show tax as a separate line.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment is by bank card through our payment provider Airwallex. Payment happens on the provider's secure page.
5.2. We do not see or store your full card number.
5.3. We do not accept PayPal, cash on delivery, or instalments — unless the course page expressly says otherwise.
5.4. Payment is a single upfront payment for the plan you chose, unless the course page says otherwise.
5.5. If the payment fails, no contract is concluded and no access is opened. Your bank knows the reason for the decline — ask them.
6. How an order is placed and when the contract is concluded
6.1. The steps: you choose a course and a plan → you give your name and email → you pay through Airwallex.
6.2. The contract is concluded at the moment Airwallex confirms the payment as successful. Clicking "Buy" does not conclude it.
6.3. After payment we send a confirmation to the email you gave: what you bought, which plan, the amount charged in UAH, and how to log in to the learning app. Keep that email.
6.4. Give a working email address — access is tied to it. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, check your spam folder and write to info@numerology.institute.
6.5. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full if: there was a technical error on the site in the price or the plan contents; there are signs of fraud; or your access was previously closed for breaching section 11.
7. Access to the course
7.1. Access is given in the learning app at study.numerology.institute. The account is tied to your email address.
7.2. Access opens immediately after the payment is confirmed. For a group cohort the materials open immediately, and the group sessions run on the cohort schedule.
7.3. Access period: access stays open for as long as the course exists on the platform. If we are going to close access, we will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance.
7.4. The account is personal. It is meant for one person. You may not give your login and password to anyone else.
7.5. You need an internet connection and a modern browser. We are not responsible for your equipment or connection.
7.6. Short technical interruptions are possible. If a failure on our side cut off your access for a long period, write to us and we will extend your access by the time lost.
8. The 14-day withdrawal right and immediate access
8.1. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, distance-selling law gives you 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
8.2. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can end earlier only on two conditions: (a) you expressly asked for access to start at once, and (b) you confirmed that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once it starts.
8.3. We ask for this consent at checkout as a separate tick box that is not pre-ticked. We record that you gave it and when.
8.4. If you did not give that consent, your 14 days stay fully intact, and we cannot rely on immediate access to refuse you a refund.
8.5. If you are outside the EU and the UK, this rule does not apply automatically — but our own refund rules (section 9) and the mandatory law of your own country do.
9. Refunds
9.1. The refund rules are in a separate document — the Refund Policy: https://numerology.institute/refund. It forms part of this offer.
9.2. We do not repeat them here, so there are never two versions of the same rules.
9.3. If this offer and the Refund Policy differ, whichever provision is more favourable to the buyer applies. The mandatory law of your country always takes priority over both documents.
9.4. Refunds are made by the same method as the payment, through Airwallex, in UAH (see 4.4).
10. The certificate
10.1. After completing the course and passing the final assessment you receive a certificate of completion issued by the school itself.
10.2. What it is: our own confirmation that you completed our program and passed our assessment.
10.3. What this certificate is not:
10.4. If you come across wording like "officially recognised" or "internationally recognised" anywhere — in older materials, in screenshots, or from a partner — this section is what is correct, not that text.
10.5. The certificate is issued electronically in the buyer's name.
10.1. After completing the course and passing the final assessment you receive a certificate of completion issued by the school itself.
- it is **not** a state or government-issued education document;
- it is **not** accredited or validated by any external accreditation body, university or ministry — there is no such body behind it;
- it is **not** a licence or permission to practise any regulated profession;
- it is **not** "internationally recognised" — no international organisation recognises it;
- it does **not** guarantee a job, clients, or income.
11. Your obligations: what you may and may not do with the materials
11.1. All course materials are protected by copyright and belong to the school or to the authors of the programs.
11.2. You may: use the materials for your own learning and in your own practice with clients; save or print them for personal use where the app allows it.
11.3. You may not: resell, pass on or give away access; publish, upload or distribute the materials; screen-record them and share the recordings; translate or publish them; build your own course or training on our materials; hand your account to another person; remove authorship marks.
11.4. If you break these rules we may close your access without a refund and claim damages.
11.5. In group formats and curator chats, ordinary politeness applies. We may remove someone from a group for insults or aggression towards other participants or teachers.
12. What we do not promise (limitation of liability)
12.1. We are responsible for what we promised: access to the materials you paid for, in the plan you paid for, and the support that plan includes.
12.2. We do not promise any particular income, number of clients, employment, or career outcome. The result depends on you.
12.3. Numerology is not a science. Our courses are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not use them instead of seeing a doctor, a lawyer or a financial professional.
12.4. We are not responsible for decisions you or your clients make on the basis of what you learned.
12.5. Our total liability under this contract is limited to the amount you actually paid for the course. This limit does not apply to intentional harm or gross negligence on our side, or where the mandatory law of your country does not allow it. This clause does not remove your statutory consumer rights.
12.6. We are not responsible for third-party services: the payment provider, email services, your internet provider.
13. Contact and support
13.1. You can reach us by email only: info@numerology.institute. We have no phone line and no walk-in office at the moment. If that changes, we will update this section.
13.2. We reply on working days. Write from the email address used for the purchase — that way we find your order faster.
13.3. Send complaints by email with the payment date and amount. We reply in writing.
14. Personal data
14.1. To fulfil your order we process your name, email and payment-related data. Details are in the Privacy Policy: https://numerology.institute/privacy.
14.2. Your card data is handled by Airwallex, not by us.
15. How this offer can change
15.1. We may change this offer. A new version is published on this same page with its date and version number.
15.2. The version in force at the moment you paid governs your purchase. Changes do not apply retroactively.
15.3. Changes affecting access that is already open take effect from the date of publication. If a change materially reduces what you bought, you may ask for a refund of the unused part under the Refund Policy.
15.4. Withdrawing the offer from the site does not cancel contracts already concluded.
16. Governing law and disputes
16.1. This contract chooses neither the law of a particular country nor a particular court.
16.2. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence apply to this contract, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
16.3. Please write to us first. Most matters are settled by email within a few days.
16.4. Buyers in the EU and the UK may also contact the national consumer protection authority in their country.
17. Language versions
17.1. This offer is published in Russian, Ukrainian and English with the same content.
17.2. If the versions differ in meaning, the version in the language in which you completed your purchase applies to you.
17.3. If you spot a translation error, write to us and we will correct the text.
