"The Institute", "we" and "us" in this document mean the online education project "Numerology Institute", the site numerology.institute. No legal-entity details are stated here.
Payment questions: info@numerology.institute

1. What this document covers
1.1 These terms describe how payment works for courses on numerology.institute and in the learning app at study.numerology.institute.
1.2 Read them together with the Terms of Service, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy.
1.3 If a course page says something different about the price or what a tariff includes, the course page governs that course.
2. Prices and currency
2.1 All prices are displayed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The display currency and the charge currency are the same.
2.2 Each course is sold in tariffs: "Online · at your pace", "Group cohort", "With a curator", "One-on-one · personal". The tariffs differ in the support included, not in the subject matter. What each tariff includes is stated on the course page at the time of purchase.
2.3 The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you confirm payment. Later price changes do not affect an order already paid.
2.4 The price is shown as a single amount. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no delivery charge.
2.5 The price on the course page is final: we add no tax to it at payment and do not show tax as a separate line.
3. Your bank may convert and add a fee
3.1 If your card account is not in hryvnia, the conversion is done by your bank or card scheme, at their rate and on their date. We do not set that rate and do not see it.
3.2 Your bank may add its own conversion or cross-border fee. That fee goes to your bank, not to us.
3.3 So the amount on your statement can differ from the hryvnia price shown on the site. This is normal and outside our control. If the difference matters to you, ask your bank about its rate and fees before paying.
4. Accepted payment methods
4.1 Payment is accepted by bank card through an external payment provider. The provider is a separate company that processes the payment; we do not take the money ourselves.
4.2 No other methods are accepted: no cash, no cryptocurrency, and no method that is not offered on the checkout page.
4.3 We accept payment made for you by a third party only if it has been agreed with us by email in advance.
4.4 The provider or your bank may decline a payment under its own security rules. We are not always told the reason.
5. Card details
5.1 Card details are entered on the payment provider's side. The Institute never receives and never stores the full card number, the expiry date or the security code.
5.2 From the provider we receive only: whether the payment succeeded, the amount, the date and time, the order number and, as a rule, the last four digits and the card type. We use this to identify your payment and to make refunds.
5.3 The provider handles card data under its own terms and security standards. How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
6. When payment is considered received
6.1 Payment is considered received when the payment provider confirms to us that it succeeded. Not when you press "Pay", and not when your bank shows a hold on the amount.
6.2 From that moment the contract is concluded and digital delivery begins.
6.3 A hold on the card ("pending", "authorised") is not a completed payment.
7. Access after payment
7.1 Access opens automatically in the learning app at study.numerology.institute, usually within a few minutes of a successful payment.
7.2 We send an email confirming the purchase and how to log in. Check your spam folder.
7.3 Access is granted to the email address given in the order.
8. If a payment fails
8.1 A declined payment means no money has been taken. Common reasons: the card does not allow internet or cross-border payments, 3-D Secure confirmation was not completed, a limit is in place, there are insufficient funds, or your bank's anti-fraud rule triggered.
8.2 A decline can still leave a temporary hold on the card. That is not a charge. Banks usually release it themselves within a few business days. Only your bank can speed this up.
8.3 You can try again or pay with another card. If the second attempt also fails, contact your bank first: they can see the reason, we cannot.
9. If a payment is "pending" or money left your account and there is no access
9.1 Wait 30 minutes. Some payments are confirmed with a delay, and access opens automatically once the provider confirms.
9.2 If the money has left your account and there is still no access after 1 hour, write to info@numerology.institute.
9.3 Include: the email used for the order, the date and time of payment, the amount, the last four digits of the card, and the payment reference from your banking app or receipt if you have one. Never send the full card number, expiry date or CVV — we do not need them and cannot accept them.
9.4 Support works by email only. We reply within 2 business days. Cases where money has already been taken are handled first.
10. Double charges
10.1 If the same order is paid twice, write to support. We refund the duplicate in full, with no questions about the course.
10.2 Repeated attempts after a decline sometimes look like several charges in a banking app while holds are still open. In that case section 8.2 applies.
11. Receipts and invoices
11.1 After a successful payment you receive an email confirming the purchase: what was bought, which tariff, the amount in hryvnia and the date.
11.2 Your bank statement also serves as proof of payment.
11.3 If you need a separate document for an employer, write to us by e-mail. We issue a purchase confirmation with the order contents, the amount and the date. We do not issue tax invoices.
12. Refunds: currency and timing
12.1 Whether a refund is due is decided by the Refund policy and by your rights under law. This section covers only the mechanics of the money.
12.2 Refunds are made in hryvnia to the same card used for the payment. We cannot refund to a different card, a different account or a different person.
12.3 Once a refund is approved, we send it to the provider within 5 business days. After that the timing depends on the provider and your bank — usually a few business days, sometimes up to 30.
12.4 If your card currency is not hryvnia, the amount you get back may differ from the amount you paid because of the two conversions (section 3). We refund the full hryvnia amount; the difference in your currency is created by exchange rates and we cannot compensate it.
12.5 If the card has been closed or reissued, the money usually still reaches the account it belonged to. If it does not, contact your bank and write to us.
13. Chargebacks and disputes
13.1 If something is wrong with a payment or a course, write to us first. Email settles most issues faster than a bank dispute.
13.2 You keep the right to dispute a charge with your bank. If you open a dispute, the provider notifies us and we respond with evidence: the order record, the payment confirmation, and access and activity logs from the learning app.
13.3 While a dispute is open on an order, access to that course may be suspended until it is resolved.
13.4 If the dispute is decided in your favour, the money is returned by your bank. We do not refund the same payment twice. If we have already refunded it, please withdraw the dispute.
13.5 Opening a dispute over a course that has been fully studied and downloaded, instead of asking for a refund, may lead to the account being closed and future purchases refused.
14. Right of withdrawal (buyers in the EU and the UK)
14.1 If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
14.2 Access is granted immediately, so at checkout you may be asked for your express consent to delivery starting at once and for your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery has begun. That is your choice. If this consent is not requested, or you do not give it, the 14-day right applies in full.
14.3 Details are in the Refund policy. Nothing in this document removes rights given to you by the mandatory law of your own country.
15. Changes to these terms
15.1 We may update this document. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the moment you paid.
15.2 The date of the last update is at the top.
16. Contacting us
16.1 Today contact is by email only: info@numerology.institute. There is no telephone support.
16.2 Write from the address used for the order — it makes you easier to find.
16.3 We reply within 2 business days.
17. Seller details and applicable law
17.1 The seller is the online education project "Numerology Institute", the site numerology.institute. No legal-entity details are stated in this document.
17.2 This document chooses neither the law of a particular country nor a competent court. The mandatory consumer legislation of the country you live in applies to your purchase in full.
17.3 Nothing in this document limits those rights.
