The seller is the online education project "Numerology Institute", the site numerology.institute. All refund correspondence goes to info@numerology.institute.
No legal-entity details are stated in this document. This does not affect your rights under this policy.

1. What this policy covers
1.1. This policy covers the courses sold on numerology.institute.
1.2. Prices are shown in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). Payment is taken through our payment provider, Airwallex. No other payment method, including PayPal, is connected at the moment.
1.3. Once payment is confirmed, access to the course opens immediately in the learning app at study.numerology.institute.
1.4. Each course has tariffs: Online (at your own pace), Group cohort, With a curator, and One-on-one. Refund terms depend on the tariff — see sections 5 and 10.
1.5. The introductory course is free. No money is taken for it, so there is nothing to refund.
2. The 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
2.1. If you buy as a consumer and you are in the EU or the UK, distance-selling law gives you 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
2.2. The period runs from the day the contract is made, which is the day you pay.
2.3. This is a legal right, not a concession from us. It applies regardless of sections 7 and 10 of this policy.
3. Immediate access and what happens to that right
3.1. A course is digital content. By law the right of withdrawal is lost if access is opened before the 14 days end and two conditions are met at the same time: (1) you expressly agreed that access should start immediately, and (2) you acknowledged that you understand the right of withdrawal is lost once access opens.
3.2. These must be two separate confirmations at checkout, not a line buried inside a general agreement.
3.3. If those confirmations were not taken at your purchase, no consent was given. Section 4 then applies.
4. If you did NOT consent to immediate access
4.1. You keep the right of withdrawal, even if access has technically already opened.
4.2. Within 14 days you may withdraw for any reason and receive a full refund. We do not charge you for the lessons you managed to open.
4.3. Access currently opens automatically as soon as payment goes through. If you want to keep your right of withdrawal and not start the course, write to us right after paying — we will close access and will not treat the course as started.
4.4. After a refund, access to the course is closed. Saved materials may no longer be used.
5. Group cohorts, the curator tariff and the one-on-one tariff
5.1. These tariffs include work by real people on specific dates, not only access to recordings.
5.2. If the cohort or the sessions have not started yet, the refund is full.
5.3. If you are in the EU or the UK and you asked for the sessions to start before the 14 days ended, you may still withdraw within that period. We may keep a part of the price in proportion to the sessions already delivered.
6. Buyers outside the EU and UK
6.1. You may not have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. In many countries it does not exist for digital content delivered immediately.
6.2. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country still apply. This policy does not override them and cannot override them.
6.3. Section 7 (goodwill window) applies to every buyer equally, wherever they are.
6.4. If the school did not deliver what it sold — access did not open, the cohort did not run — a refund is always given, whatever country you are in.
7. The school's own goodwill window
[GOODWILL WINDOW — owner decision required: whether there is a voluntary refund beyond the law; how many days it lasts; how much of the course may be completed and still qualify; whether it applies to the "With a curator" and "One-on-one" tariffs]
7.1. Until this block is completed, the school does not promise any refund beyond what sections 2–6 and 11 describe.
7.2. We do not put a number here that the owner has not decided. Once the decision is made, it will appear in this section.
8. How to request a refund
8.1. Write to info@numerology.institute. A message in your own words is enough; there is no form to fill in.
8.2. Include: the email address of your account; the course name and tariff; the date and the amount paid in UAH; the payment reference or the last four digits of the card, if you have them.
8.3. You do not have to give a reason. For withdrawal within 14 days no reason is needed at all.
8.4. Response time: [RESPONSE TIME — owner decision required: how many working days the school takes to answer a request, and how many to send the money]
8.5. Email is the only contact channel today. There is no phone line and no support chat.
9. How the money comes back
9.1. Refunds go back by the same method the payment came in — to the same card or the same account, through Airwallex. We cannot send money to a different account or a different person.
9.2. The amount is returned in the same currency it was charged in, Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), and in the amount we received.
9.3. If your bank converted the hryvnia into your own currency, the conversion back runs at your bank's rate on the day of the refund. Because of that you may receive slightly more or slightly less than the original amount. Your bank's rate and fees are outside our control.
9.4. How fast the money lands depends on your bank and the payment provider, not on the school.
10. What is not refundable, and why
10.1. The free introductory course — no money was taken.
10.2. The part of the price covering curator sessions and one-on-one meetings that already took place — the teacher's time has already been spent (see 5.3).
10.3. A course where you have already passed the assessment and received the certificate — the service has been delivered in full. The certificate is issued by the school itself and has no external accreditation. If a refund is agreed anyway in that situation, the school annuls the certificate.
10.4. Exchange-rate differences and fees charged by your own bank (see 9.3).
10.5. Repeated purchases of the same course followed by refunds, where the purchase is clearly made in order to be refunded.
10.6. This list does not override sections 2–6 and 11. If the law gives you a refund, the law beats this list.
11. If the school cancels or postpones a cohort
11.1. If the school cancels a cohort, you get a full refund of what you paid for it. No conditions, and no questions about your reason.
11.2. If the school moves the dates, you choose: join the rescheduled cohort, move to another cohort, move to the Online tariff and receive the difference back, or take a full refund.
11.3. Silence is not agreement to the new dates. We wait for your answer.
11.4. If a cohort started and was stopped through the school's fault, the part of the price covering what was not delivered is refunded.
12. Card disputes (chargebacks)
12.1. Write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. It is faster.
12.2. While a dispute is open, the payment provider runs its own investigation, and access to the course may be suspended for that time.
12.3. If a refund has already been made and a dispute is opened anyway, we will give the provider proof of the refund.
13. Governing law and complaints
13.1. This policy chooses neither the law of a particular country nor a particular court.
13.2. The mandatory consumer law of the country you live in applies to you. You may also approach your national consumer-protection authority.
13.2. Until then, the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live applies to you. You can take a complaint to your own national consumer protection authority.
13.3. Nothing in this policy takes away rights that your own law gives you.
14. Changes and contact
14.1. This policy may change. The version in force on the day you paid is the one that applies to your purchase.
14.2. Questions and requests: info@numerology.institute.
